Family Refuge Center is a community-based domestic violence project serving Pocahontas, Greenbrier, and Monroe Counties in southeast West Virginia. We provide free confidential services to survivors while promoting education, prevention, and awareness.

Outreach
Family Refuge Center is committed to building safer, more informed communities through education and outreach. Outreach efforts focus on increasing awareness of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking while connecting individuals to available resources.
FRC's victim advocates are centered on empowering survivors and supporting them through every step of their journey. Advocates provide free and confidential support to survivors so survivors feel supported, informed, and in control of their decisions.
